1. Event details: Myddle Muddle is a 10k, 5k, and 1 mile distance fun run that will take place on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at Myddle C of E Primary School.
  2. Entry: Participants must register online or on the day to participate in the fun run. The registration fee is dependant on the distance selected and covers the cost of the event, all proceeds go directly to the Friends of Myddle PTA. All entrants must be at least 18 years old on the day to participate in the 10k, U12s must run with an over 18 year old to participate in the 5k, and there are no age limits for the 1 mile distance.
  3. Health and safety: Participants are advised to consult with their healthcare provider before participating in the fun run. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that they are fit and healthy enough to participate. The event organisers will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained during the event.
  4. Cancellation: In the event that the fun run is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather), the event will be run virtually and medals provided to recipients by the organisers.
  5. Liability: By participating in the Myddle Muddle fun run, participants agree to release the event organisers, sponsors, and volunteers from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of their participation in the event.
  6. Photography and media: The event organisers reserve the right to use any photographs, video footage, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes. Participants consent to the use of their image in this way by participating in the event.
  7. Changes to terms and conditions: The event organisers reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the event website.

By registering for the Myddle Muddle fun run, participants confirm that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
